Product Details

Product name Miamoda, Inc.
Description Certain Miamoda, Model Viva, infant restraint systems or the separately sold bases.
Problem In certain motor vehicles, the lower anchor connector adjuster assembly may interfere with the connection of the infant carrier to the base. Also, registration cards were not proved with the Viva Infant Restraint System or the separately sold vases which fails to comply with federal motor vehicle safety standards. Unless all connection points (two in from and two in rear) are firmly connected, in the event of a severe vehicle crash, the restraint carrier may detach from the base, possibly resulting in serious injury or death to the child. Also, without registration cards, owners may fail to register their infant restraint system with the manufacturer, making it difficult to notify them in the event of a future recall.
