| Product name | Twin-sized wooden bunk beds |
| Description | Wooden bunk beds. The recalled bunk beds are twin size with the following brand names: Lexington, Devan, Young-Hinkle, Dixie and Henry Link. In most cases the brand names are stenciled on the inside frame of the bed. |
| Problem | If the top bunk bed is mis-assembled, there could be a space between the end of the mattress and the end of the bed on the top bunk. This space (3-1/2 inches or more) could be large enough for a child’s body to fall through, but small enough to entrap a child’s head. Manufacturers and importers urge parents and care givers not to put children under the age of 6 on the top bunk. |
