Problem These child safety seats do not meet the impact release requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 213, "Child Restraint Systems." The buckle could require excessive hand pressure to release and could hamper removal of the child in an emergency situation. Corrective Action: Babyhood will provide a modified buckle tip and replacement instructions directly to owners of these seats.
