| Problem | Several components of this toy airplane, including the propeller, front wheels and rear wheel can come off and are found to be small parts presenting a choking, aspiration and ingestion hazard. Also, the wheel axles and tabs and edges of the fuselage were found to be sharp edges which could cause lacerations. |
