Each figure measures about 2.7 inches tall by 2.5 inches wide. The magnetic toys contain magnets in the hand and foot locations. There is no labeling on the product. The magnetic toys come in an unlabeled clear bag enclosed in a brown box with the brand name "Jerify" and number "X003ADA3TD" located on the sticker. |

The magnetic humanoid toy Sets violate the mandatory standard for toys because they can liberate loose high-powered magnets posing an ingestion hazard to children. When high-powered magnets are swallowed, the ingested magnets can attract each other or other metal objects and become lodged in the digestive system. This can result in perforations, twisting, and/or blockage of the intestines, blood poisoning and death. |
