The “Binoculars” consist of two plastic lenses with a cardboard holder. “Binoculars” were distributed in marked boxes of FRUITY MARSHMALLOW KRISPIES, COCOA KRISPIES, and RICE KRISPIES, and the family size 12 count POP TARTS toaster pastries. |
Problem | These two toy premiums may break into small parts and pose a potential choking hazard to children under three years of age. |
