| Problem |
Although the toy nails (and screws) are not considered a small-part, and the toys are intended for children ages three years and older, two children under three suffocated when when these items became forcefully lodged in their throats. Playschool is voluntarily conducting this recall as a precaution to prevent additional incidents. |
