Product name Jaloma Pacifiers
Description The pacifiers, which measure three inches long and about 1 1/2 inches across the base, are pink, blue, green or white plastic with a yellow nipple. The pacifiers have a circular handle and the shield is labeled "Jaloma." The nipples are filled with a sugary substance. 
Problem The pacifiers are banned under federal law. They failed federal safety tests, come apart, and can pose a choking hazard to infants and small children.
